It is a 600 Sqft Studio, having closed kitchen and one washroom. The apartment is equipped with one double bed and L-shaped sofa, in total accommodating 4 people. Extra blankets  and mattresses can be provided upon request.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Check-in procedure

Check-in can be done anytime, and passport copies are required for all the guests before the check-in as it is a requirement of the building management.

Public Transport Access

The building is located close to the metro station, at 8-minute walk. The metro station has the red line metro which connects to all major Dubai destinations, and it also has a tram station that runs through Dubai Marina, JBR branch and Palm Jumeirah.

Road Access

The building connects with one of the major roads of Dubai – Sheikh Zayed Road, which also connects to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and all major areas of Dubai.
